CANCELLATION POLICY
I completely understand that things come up, and sometimes plans need to change. All I ask is that you give me a little notice so I can offer your spot to another client who may be waiting. ✧ Cancellations (48 Hours Notice Appreciated) If you need to cancel or reschedule, please try to let me know 48 hours in advance. • Last-minute cancellations (under 48 hours) may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. ✧ No-Shows If you don’t arrive for your appointment and don’t reach out, the full 100% service fee may be charged. After a no-show, a deposit may be required moving forward. ✧ Running Late? Please just send me a quick message! If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we might need to adjust the service or reschedule depending on the day. ✧ Card on File A card is kept on file for convenience and will only be charged if the policy is violated.
